ORDER

Buying contract on the bases of which is realized sale of goods to the purchaser originates from a binding order confirmation. Binding confirmation means a confirmation by telephone, fax or e-mail, which is realized after previous obtaining of your order (confirmation about obtaining of your order into our system isn´t the order confirmation). Contact necessary to confirmation of your order usually manage the seller after checking an availability and delivery term of demanded goods. An order (or its part) confirmed by the seller is allowed to be binding for both sides, in case that won´t be contravened conditions agreed at the time of confirmation. For the substantial conditions is thought especially order content (exact specification of goods and its quantity), price for goods and transportation.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order canslation by customer
- Purchaser has a right to cancel the order without information about reason anytime before its binding confirmation. After a binding confirmation only in case, that the seller don´t realize agreed delivery conditions. In case of a binding order cancellation is the purchaser obliged to pay an incurred loss to the seller. The seller will set up a claim to the loss settlement especially in case of purchase of custom-made goods, which was necessary to obtain on customer´s wish or in case, that in connection with obtaining of goods already reached to the arguable expenses, e. g. needless transportation etc.
Cancelation of order by seller
- Goods isn´t produced or supplied yet or the price was markedly changed by the supplier of goods. In case, that this situation will occur, the seller will fort with contact the purchaser, so as they would agree on the next proceeding. In case, that the purchaser paid a part or whole amount of price, this amount will be transfered back on his account or address in the shortest possible term (at the latest till 10 working days).

TERMS OF DELIVERY

Deliveries with ordered goods will be realized according to an availability of goods and operation possibilities of seller in the shortest possible term, usually till 14 working days from the binding order confirmation, rarely or in case of a bigger orders can be the delivery time longer after an agreement with the purchaser.
Place of destination is established on the basis of an order sent by purchaser. For order fulfillment is allowed delivery on the mentioned place of destination. In price for delivery isn´t an installation of delivered products. Transportation on the place of destination organize the seller, in case that the purchaser don´t have another demands. Delivery with goods always contains an invoice with bill of delivery.
Distribution of goods we ensure all over the world. Transportation costs we devide according to a size of delivery and actual price offers of the transporters.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTS ON GOODS AND GUARANTEE

Our internet shop retain the right to abandon the safeness guarantee in case of an attack on our server by an unknown offender (hacker). Only in this case don´t obtain the above mentioned rules of data manipulation.

PURCHASE AND PAYMENT FOR GOODS

Seller owns the goods and sell it to a buyer (customer)
Goods belong to seller until complete paying price of goods. Paying of full amount can be made personally in our shop or by a bank transfer so, that on an account of seller will be settled full price of goods after deduction of bank and other fees.

FINAL PROVISION

These conditions are valid in all business cases done between company Artes natur s. r. o. and buyer.
