RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTS ON GOODS AND GUARANTEE

• Customer is obliged to check the goods immediately after receiving. In case that the packing is damaged, the customer is obliged to check the goods and in case of a damage make out a document about the damage with a transporter. For defects incurred during a transportation is responsible the transporter. On the basis of the document the customer will receive new product or an adequate discount. With a subscription of the carriage document the customer agree with its taking and confirm, that it was delivered undamaged owing to a transportation. Later reklamations caused owing to a transportation will be disallowed!
• Responsibility do not relates to usual product wear (or its parts) caused by using. It´s not able to consider shorter lifetime to be a defect and also is not possible to claim it.
• All claims of goods are settled individually after agreement with a customer
• In case that the item under claim isn´t returned to supplier personally, the customer is responsible for the transportation and eventuell defects owing to the transportation. For transportation of goods under claim use original packing. Though also in case of damage the customer bear the responsibility. Claim on the basis of a mechanical damage is not accepted. The delivery should be insured.
