PERSONAL TAKING

• Personal taking of goods is possible in our workrooms, which are mentioned in Contacts.
• In case of the personal taking is of course able to pay the goods in place by taking of goods.
• Bank transfer in advance - you will pay the goods and than you will personaly pick it up, eventually we will ensure a transportation for a prearranged price.

CZECH REPUBLIC

• Deliveries till 30 kg – private persons
  • deliveries are send per the Czech Post, according to an actuell pricelist.
  • Goods you can pay per a bank transfer on advance.
• • Reclamation of a mechanical damage owing to a transportation: Customer is obliged to check packing of the delivery. In case that the packing is damaged, the customer has to write a document about the defect of the delivery. Mechanical damage of a product in the undamaged packing is necessary to report untill 3 days after taking of delivery. Later claims won´t be allowed in reference to the conditions of transporter
